Tried & True With A Dash of Woo
This podcast is about integrating tried and true strategies that we know actually work - in life, business, self-help; with the science of unconscious programming & the magic of manifestation. I’m a certified life and business coach and a professional photographer who built a multiple six figure business with a degree in Psychology while being a mom to three little kids. I had zero business training, so I dug in, learned the methods and now I’m passing that all onto you! I’m a self described brain geek and have certifications in things like RRT, NLP, Neuro-encoding and Amen clinic brain training and I’m always interested in hearing what you have to say on the topic of brain rewiring too. In this podcast, our conversations range from photography how to’s, systems and business strategies to more woo-woo stuff like energy healing, human design & the basics of manifestation - because well, I’m just kind of all over the place. I know that most creative entrepreneurs ARE a little neuro-spicy so I want to fire up your super charged brains and show you what’s possible.

When Comfort is a Cage: Get Your Spark Back!
BF SALES are HERE - grab UNAVOIDABLE asap before the price increases
THE SHOW: If you've been coasting on autopilot, feeling strangely numb in a business you built with your whole heart, or wondering why midlife suddenly feels like a full-blown identity crisis, this episode is your wake-up call.
A lot of creatives hit their 40s and 50s only to realize comfort has quietly become a cage and the spark they used to trust has fizzled into burnout, resentment, or a “who even am I anymore” spiral.
We’re talking uncomfortable truths, why your nervous system is fighting every change you say you want, and why no amount of strategy will move the needle if you’re operating from misalignment. If you’re nodding along because you know you’ve been keeping yourself safe instead of moving toward what’s actually calling you, you need to listen all the way through.
And if you’re tired of repeating the same year on loop, if you’re craving clarity about who you’re becoming next, or if you’re ready to get out of your own way for real, the Unavoidable class is the work your future self has been begging you to do. I’ll also give you the quick rundown on my Black Friday deals, including Level Up, Creative Team Method, Senior Sunday, my pricing class, and Calibrate — but make no mistake, Unavoidable is the big one.
If your comfort has become the cage, it’s time to get your spark back. Let’s go.

Some of you have gotten to this comfortable spot in your business because you've been running it for a while and it's kind of on autopilot. And you might even be doing really well in your business, but now you're starting to feel not as fulfilled by it. That is a very, very common thing, or you're going into burnout. So either one of those two things are happening to a lot of women in their 40s, especially, um, and even in their 50s. And people are just starting to sort of wake up and be like, oh, who the hell am I anymore? Like, I don't even know who I am outside of my kids and my family and my business because that's all you've been doing for the last 20 years. Welcome to Tried and True with the Dash of Woo, where we blend rock solid tips with a little bit of magic. I'm Renee Bowen, your host, life and business coach, and professional photographer. At your service, we are all about getting creative, diving into your business, and playing with manifestation over here. So are you ready to get inspired and have some fun? Let's dive in. Hey, hey, welcome back to Tried and True with the Dash of Woo. I am your host, Renee Bowen. Thanks again for being here with me for another week. Today's episode is not going to be a super long one and it's just me, but I want to cover a couple different things. So, first of all, something that's been on my mind for a while. Um, we're gonna dig into a little bit about getting comfortable in your business. Um, we're gonna take that in a couple of different directions because I have some thoughts. And I also want to talk to you guys really quickly about what I have for Black Friday. So that'll be at the end or the second part of this. But again, I really just kind of wanted to give you guys a little bit of an update on things that are also going on because I feel like things are shifting very quickly. Um, I know that they are shifting very quickly for me and my internal world, but I haven't really felt really called to talk to you guys about it in an intentional way just yet. Uh, and so I think this episode is like my little way of doing that, uh, sort of giving you some updates on what's going on with me and sort of like where I'm headed, and also to give you some updates on how you can work with me if that's something that's been on your list. Because I do get a lot of comments and DMs from you guys saying, okay, I can't wait to work with you. One day I will. But I gotta be honest with you guys, like I might not be doing this kind of work in this capacity when you reach out. Like, I can't promise that. I don't know sort of where I'm gonna be and where my business is gonna be in the next couple of years, next five years. Something about me is I've always, I've always wanted to leave room for a what if. I don't know. I mean, like I can tell you where I want to go, you know, in the bigger scheme of things, like, okay, over the next five years, this is like my my big vision of my life, but I don't really know those specifics because a lot of things are shifting and changing. And I also feel like the more that we make it about ourselves, the less we are going to move closer to those goals, right? Like what we do, I truly believe, and if you're listening to this podcast, like you're my people, you're on my page and you get what I'm about to say. Whatever work that you're doing, okay. So, like most of my audience, you guys are creatives in some way. I believe that everybody is a creative, but it's also a word that kind of gets thrown around, right? And people say, Oh, I'm not creative, I'm not creative. But you are. It's just in your specific way. And it's supposed to be individualized. Okay. So, all that to say, whatever you're called to do, whatever your purpose is, I really believe that when we're truly living our purpose and we are in service to others, that's how we can get closer to whatever goal, vision, whatever you want to call it. We call it to us. We become magnetic because we're living in alignment. We are really staying true to who we are and what we want. And we know we trust that we're on that path and that it doesn't need to feel rushed. It doesn't need to feel like, oh my God, you know, why isn't it happening? We just we know that it's one step at a time. And each step is going to lead us to that next right step. That trust factor is something that I kind of want to talk to you about today. So, as far as this comfort thing, what I led with a couple minutes ago, what I'm hearing a lot on my alignment calls with people basically when someone is thinking about working with me one-on-one, we hop on a call. I just want to see where you're at and if I can really help you. Because honestly, the kind of work that I do isn't for everybody. And I want to make sure you're getting what you need and what you want. Because I cannot tell you how many times I have been on a call lately, especially in the last like year, I would say, with specifically photographers who are looking for some kind of, you know, coaching support for their photography business. A lot of you guys have uh trauma surrounding previous coaching containers. Like a lot of you guys are coming to me telling me that you were in a coaching container and it made you feel awful. And the coach did not support you at a deep level. And I'm also hearing some other like even worse comments than that about specific coaches in our industry. So it's one thing if you sign up for coaching and you just don't get what you thought it was, right? Like that happens when the messaging is not clear and when maybe you're not even clear on what you want. That's another piece of it. Like you might not even know exactly what you want. So it's hard to even put that out there. So you kind of sign up for something that you think is one thing and it's not. So that that in and of itself, like that does happen. And I also see where you sign up for something and it just doesn't, it's not gonna give you the results that you want because it's not maybe as in-depth or there wasn't, there wasn't something, a shift, a shift did not happen within you to make those strategies actually come to fruition for you. This is a really big piece of why I work with the unconscious mind, because if we don't sort of like work out what's going on there and we rewire some stuff, it's not gonna stick. Nothing's gonna work. But that that other stuff does happen. What I'm talking about specifically is that a lot of you guys have invested large amounts of money in very, I would say very visible coaches within the photography industry and just within the coaching industry as well. And you walk away not only without the results and the transformation that you were hoping for, but you also now have some trauma around coaching because you were gaslit inside a coaching container. And I and listen, I mean, I wasn't there, so I can't I can't attest to exactly what happened. I'm just telling you guys what I've been hearing on calls with a lot, a lot of photographers. And it really breaks my heart. Like I I know what it takes to invest in yourself. I know that some for some people, especially, it is extremely difficult to get to that place of finally committing to invest, you know, a decent amount of money into yourself and your business, especially as women. We have a very hard time with that. So I know what that takes. I I've invested heavily in myself over the years. And each time it is triggering in some way. But I really believe that those triggers are there for a reason. And it's it's showing me some information at the end of the day. That's really all it is. So, yes, in that same vein, you can say that, okay, well, they got what they needed in some way from that container. If you believe that, you know, everything sort of happens the way it's supposed to, and that life is happening for us, because it showed them the contrast of what, oh, I don't want that. And without that contrast, sometimes we don't know what we do want. So it can be that shortcut to be like, oh, that is not what I want. I want something completely different. So, yes, in a lot of ways, yes, there are so many good things that can come from that. But that is sort of what I'm wanted to speak to a little bit today, is about this level of comfortability, whether you are just comfortable in life in general, financially speaking, or you've gotten kind of comfortable staying in your safe zone. So let's sort of like dive into each of those pieces and why I think it's important to be this neutral observer so that you can decide. We uh we have free will. So we can decide if you want to stay there and if it's serving you. Because so many people come to me and they just tell me, like, I don't really know what I want. I don't know what I want anymore. I thought I did, but my business has shifted and changed, and I don't know like what I want to do anymore. And a lot of this happens because as we reach our 40s, our 50s, especially as women, you know, we lose some hormones. And when the hormones leave the chat, we are then faced with a whole array of suppressed trauma, emotions, whatever, that we have been able to push down because we had the hormone support to do so. And then all of a sudden we don't. So everything to comes to the surface. This is why a lot of women in midlife are getting diagnosed with ADHD and autism or both, or all kinds of other, you know, facets of mental health, because we're like, I literally cannot deal with this anymore. Like, I can't mask what I'm really feeling anymore. And I really believe that part of the work that I do, which also helps me, by the way, because the more I do this work, the more I grow. So it is a little selfish in that way. But the work that I do is meant to spark and trigger that. It's it's meant to itch that part of your brain that you might have been suppressing for a while with the ultimate goal of raising your frequency, getting more in tune with your higher self, being more in alignment so that you can live a very full, beautiful life, whatever that looks like for you, unapologetically. That's my thing. It's like, I don't want you to apologize for wanting what you want and getting what you want. And the way to get what you want is to deal with all this shit. So this comfortable aspect, let's let's dig into this for a second on this first part that I was talking about, like this financial comfort. Okay. So a lot of women especially come to me on these calls and they will really want to be in a coaching container. They will want to grow their business. Okay. That they come to me because they're like, I've had this on my heart for a really long time. And I just want to take the leap. I want to finally figure out how to do this best. And honestly, that's the best thing you can do if you've never, you know, run a business before is to find someone who's done what you want to do and who is doing it well, and that you can actually track their performance. And, you know, you know that they're actually successful, meaning they are profitable. Cause a lot of people are out there just telling you they are. But finding someone who has done this successfully and then studying with that person, that's that's the cheat code, right? Everybody knows that. However, they get on the call, they say that that's what they want to do. And they even may know, you know, around what that investment's gonna be like, because I don't really hide that on my site. I'm like, coaching starts here. And when it comes down to it, they're not uncomfortable enough to make the move, right? Because they've got a partner, usually a husband, but not always, but usually a husband who is very financially stable, who kind of runs the show behind the scenes and just makes sure that they're taken care of. Like he's got investments, everything is, you know, going the way it's supposed to go. And they're good. And she's good. She can go on vacations, she can go to Target and just buy, you know, the latest decor for her home. Like she's living a comfortable life. So she's not uncomfortable yet. She's not uncomfortable enough yet to trigger herself into this next phase. Okay. So I know a lot of people are there. So what I want to speak to is unless you are uncomfortable in your current place, you're not going to do anything to move out of that. Okay. As human beings, it's very well known that it's just human psychology. We're going to do more to avoid pain than seek pleasure. Right. Like you might know this is what I want. This is my dream. I've been dreaming about this since I was a little girl. But if you don't have enough pain, you're not going to do it. People always ask me, how did you build this business so quickly? Speaking about my photography business, right? Back in the early 2000s. Because my business, I it's like 20 years old. And people will ask me, How did you build it so quickly? How did it take off? How did you, how did you make so much money doing this? And the answer is very simple. It's because I did not have a choice. In my mind, I didn't have a choice. Okay. My husband does not have a stable career. Like when he works, it is fantastic. I mean, it's sometimes beyond fantastic, right? He's in the entertainment industry. He can get a large paycheck for a project. And, you know, that could not happen again for another several years. So there's no stability here, truly. And yes, he's he's a working actor. He's been working his whole life. So for a long time, up until COVID, there was at least some version of some stability. Like we knew a range of what he normally made, right? But we couldn't predict it and we couldn't project it. And we kind of just had to like see what came up because in his line of work, he's at the whim of casting directors and directors. And like he's not making things happen for himself necessarily. Yeah, he's a go-getter, but at the end of the day, you could be a completely different look than what they're going for. And you could be the best actor in the room. But if that person has more followers than you, they're probably going to get the job. That's just kind of the state of the industry right now. So back then it was similar. It wasn't the social media thing, but it was, it was just unpredictable. And I knew, okay, I had three little kids under the age of two. And my oldest son just, you know, got diagnosed with autism right after I had the twins, basically. And I knew that that would mean that I had to be and I wanted to be very present physically for my kids. Like I wanted to usher them into that phase before they went off to, you know, be institutionalized the school system. I wanted to have them with me and I wanted to be present for them. And I did not want to work for anybody else. And I just knew that about myself. I wasn't good in the corporate world. I had had a taste of it and I hated it. Like I hated it. I had been waiting tables and bartending like for a very long time at fine dining restaurants. And I loved that little hit of, oh, I wonder how much money I'm going to make tonight. Like even early on, right? I would go to work at Spargo and I'm like, I wonder how much money I'm going to walk out with tonight. And sometimes I would walk out with 800 bucks cash, right? So I that was like a drug to me. That was like a drug. And I didn't realize it then, but I was getting the most amazing sales training ever because I was selling to these people. Their bill determined what my tip was going to be. So I had to learn how to sell organically and naturally. And I did not come to this easily. Like it wasn't fun for me at first. I was like, mmm, this kind of feels weird. But once I sort of like figured out that game, it got really fun. And I did treat it like a game. That's kind of what got me through those long shifts. So, all that to say, after I graduated college and I started, you know, working in the corporate world, this before I moved to LA and started waiting tables at Spago and other fine dining places, I was sitting in this office in New Orleans and just like, what am I doing here? Like, this is so not what I want to do. So I knew I didn't want to work for somebody else. And I knew that like waiting tables, bartending, it was just really tough. The hours were really tough when you have little kids. And I was good at this photography thing. And people kept telling me, you should do this, you should do this. And people were like literally paying me, you know, to take photos of their kids. So that's when I had to like really sit down with myself and decide, well, okay, I'm gonna do this, but I have to make it work. Like it has to work. There's no choice here. I'm not gonna just like, I don't have six months to just play and figure out if I can make a business at this. Like, if I'm gonna invest this much time and editing and, you know, all of this time that it was taking away from my family, it needed to pay off. And so I got really real with myself very quickly. And I truly believe that the reason why I was able to do this is because I really had to make it work. I did not have a safety net. And so, those of you who are listening who have a safety net, I want to say that is an amazing thing. Okay. Like I'm not saying this is a bad thing. I'm saying that's awesome. I'm happy for you. I'm glad you do because so many people don't. And also, if you still have this dream on your heart, what kind of friction are you causing yourself so that you can move to this next level? Because unless you don't, and unless you really, really want it and you really get real with yourself, you're not going to make that move into, you know, investing in coaching or investing in systems or whatever it is or outsourcing so that you can move this business to the next level. If you're just kind of comfortable, more than likely you're just gonna stay there, right? So there's other things that you can do to work with your unconscious mind so that you can trigger yourself to this next level if it's something you really want to do. For example, you can intentionally put yourself in containers that make you feel uncomfortable. If you know that you are a super introvert, but you feel called to, you know, run a creative business, and that means you've got to put yourself out there, then you put yourself in rooms with people, first of all, who know what they're doing and have done it well, but that you still feel supported. That's important. But you make yourself uncomfortable. Like you put yourself in rooms that you know are going to make you feel not comfy. Because when you're in that state, that agitation, that friction, that is going to push you. That's going to propel you to this next place, this next phase. I'm not going to say level because it's not a hierarchy thing here. It's just a different phase. Right. But I do believe it is raising your frequency. And I think that that's a really big factor here. It's like you, if you feel called for something like that, it means you already have it in a different timeline. That you, that version of you is already operating at that frequency. And she's calling you to say, come on, we got this. But you got to listen. And a lot of people don't listen. So I just wanted to mention that because I've been hearing it a lot. Uh, there's other ways you can make yourself uncomfortable. I'm not talking about like harming yourself. That is not what I mean. Okay. I mean little things that you can do that are intentionally making you a little like, hmm, that's interesting. Like I'm that I that's an interesting feeling coming up. Okay. So some of you are there. And then also, some of you have gotten to this comfortable spot in your business because you've been running it for a while and it's kind of on autopilot. I can identify with this at a very deep level. I'm just gonna be honest with you guys. Like, this is something I've been going through the last five years. And it's it's been a very slow process, which is really frustrating for me because I want things to happen fast. Aries Moon, just like, come on. But I have to be patient with this. This is something that I've been meditating on, something that's been coming up for me a lot is like just wait. Just be here now, be patient. Everything is moving at the pace it needs to move at, which feels really not great sometimes. But I have to trust because I know that it's coming. It's coming in small spurts. And I kind of do feel like it's it's gonna start flooding in at some point, but I'm not there yet. All that to say, this is something that I can identify with. Your kids go off to college, you know, and in my case too, like having a special needs kid, like anybody out there have kids with extra needs, whether it's, you know, ADHD, autism, I've got a little bit of everything in my house. You know, I would call it neurodiversity gumbo because I'm from the South, but it is. It's like a little bit of this, a little bit of that. We all got a little bit of something. And it can be really hard because you live in that mode of making sure all we want to do is like we want our kids to be happy. We want our kids to feel happy. And when they're not, it eats us alive. As I'm speaking specifically to moms because I am a mom, but I I hear a lot of fathers go through this as well. And my husband has definitely gone through that. So you go through this like fight or flight situation for a while. You don't even realize you are living in fight or flight. You're just like, people like, how are you doing everything you're doing? I don't know. I don't have a choice. We're just going. We're just doing it, right? You just have to keep going. Someone has to keep running the show. And usually it's you. And so then all of a sudden, you have some more space. So, like in my case, my oldest is, you know, two years older than the twins. It's just like boom, boom. And but he was only one grade apart because we held him back. And he went to community college. Yes, he was still living at home, but he got more independent and he did it need because he worked so hard, and because we worked so hard his entire life to help him be independent as a person with autism. And when he finally got that independence and he didn't need me as much, that was weird. Right. And then that next year, the twins go off and do their stuff at college. So all of a sudden, my husband and I were like, you know, we had always been super close and we would always been very communicative. But during those teen years in particular, we were very much in like just fight or flight. We got to get it done. We got to do the things. And then all of a sudden, we had the space in our home and in our relationship to shine a light on the stuff that wasn't working. And it was very uncomfortable to deal with that. And we there we went through a very, very, very rough patch. So that is a very normal thing that happens to a lot of people. Um, but because we went through it and we sat with it and we didn't like push it away, neither of us. Um, we both showed up for ourselves individually in therapy, and also together, we were able to move through it. But it wasn't easy. And I know a lot of you guys are sort of in that place right now. Maybe your kids are leaving for school. It is this identity phase where you all of a sudden realize I don't really know what I want anymore. And it's very easy to look at that person next to you and say, but it's not this, right? And maybe that is true. And maybe it is, and maybe that relationship has run its course for you. But maybe also it's time for you to reconnect with yourself in a different way. And I invite you to do that. If that is something that's coming up for you, I'm just gonna tell you right now, it is not super fun. But on the other side of that is everything you want. Everything you want is in life, is on the other side of you keeping yourself safe and comfortable. Because remember, your unconscious mind is gonna do anything to keep you safe and alive. It's that's its only job. And so, unless you really shine a light on that, look at it with honesty and vulnerability, you're not gonna move in a different direction. So get really honest with yourself, especially if you're a woman in your 40s or 50s listening to this or watching this. What do you really want? And if you don't know, if you're like, I don't know, what do you not want? Start there. Start with some contrast and see if you can reverse engineer it. But also, my best advice is to tune in to your heart center. Okay, because you really do know. Your higher self does know. You just need to be a little more connected to it. And to do that, you have to be regulated. Your nervous system has to be calm. You can't be in fight or flight and listen to what's trying to drop in. You have to be open to receive it. So that's why I do a lot of the work that I do. I'm constantly trying to remind everyone, and especially my coaching students, that we need to be honoring that part of ourselves. And whatever that looks like for you, for some of you, that's gonna look like putting your feet in grass and getting in nature. For some of you, it's gonna feel like sitting in water. For some of you, it's gonna be meditation. This has a lot to do with your personality, your human design, your astrology. I don't care if you think that stuff is woo-woo. I'm telling you right now, it's not because I have worked with enough people and pulled in their charts and helped them sort of refine things, and the changes are dramatic and fast. So, yeah, we do a lot of like unconscious mind work, hypnosis, all of that stuff. But there's that little missing piece too. If you haven't like looked at that, I invite you to look at your human design at least. Human design, gene keys, astrology, those are like my favorite tools. I am not an expert on any of those, but I know enough about it to integrate that into a coaching container for somebody. I even do it in my elevate group. Like I pull everyone's charts. And when someone is going through like a hot seat thing and we need to like go through something and work through something, I pull up their chart so I can see it while I'm talking to them. That helps inform the way that I'm going to coach them because everyone is unique. Yes, everyone is designed in a beautiful and intentional way. And I really, really want people to not only learn all of these little self-awareness tools so that they can do this on their own. Like I don't want people to need me forever. Um, I also want people to feel deeply, deeply seen at all times. And for me, I need these tools to help me help you feel that way. If that makes sense. So that's a big reason why I use those tools in my coaching. So I just wanted to bring that to the table. It's been on my heart, it's been on my mind because I've been hearing it and seeing it. And I felt like I just needed to let you guys know because I feel like a lot of you guys are there. And if you are, I just want to remind you that there is support for you. There's so much support like online. And I know it can feel like overwhelming because you don't even know where to start. I would at least just invite you to start by looking at where are you staying comfortable? And how can you cause a little bit of friction so that you can start to feel into is no longer for you, so that you can find what is for you. I love this phase of midlife, honestly. Like, Everybody's kind of always itching about getting older, but man, it's kind of cool, right? Like you get so much perspective. They call it wisdom. I think it really is. It's perspective. Like you you get like this very different perspective. And those of us who are drawn to energy work and healer work and all that stuff. Like I was a massage therapist. I've certified in Reiki and all of that stuff. Those of us who are like into that, we know we can feel a shift is coming. We know a shift is coming, a big, big, big shift in humanity is coming. And I don't know exactly what my role is in that, but I do feel like a part of it is me using my voice to say it. Because if any of you guys out there, just as a side note, have thyroid issues like I do, that's a big piece of it. Is that what are we not saying? What are we not saying? Say the thing. Okay. That is a huge lesson that I have been working on. I am still working on it. I still hold it in my body there. So, like my thyroid is better because I've been taking medicine for that. But it moves to the neck, like the back of the neck. I have chronic issues with my jaw and my neck. And I know, I know I'm still holding stuff there. So that is what I'm working on. And it is not fun. And I have not wanted to do it because I know that I'm holding some really deep trauma in my jaw and my neck, and in just like this throat chakra in general. But it's time. It's time. So I might start saying some shit that you guys might not like. That's okay. I'm not gonna go off the deep end, like you know, well, I don't know. Honestly, I don't know. You might think I'm gonna go off the deep end. I'm just gonna like let you know. I am kind of done with not saying the thing. And if whatever I say doesn't align with you, that's okay. It's fine. Like you don't have to follow me. I wish you all the joy and peace and you know, all the good things in your life. It's all right. But I I'm kind of done. I'm kind of done not saying the shit that I want to say. So all right, let's talk about Black Friday for a second before we log off because I have a very full calendar of podcasting batching today. So, and if any of what I'm saying aligns with you and you're like, yeah, that's where I am at too. I have something really fun coming for Black Friday. So that's a nice little segue into what I'm offering for Black Friday. So I'm gonna share my screen really quickly for those of you who are watching on YouTube, but I'm gonna talk through it too, so you don't have to be watching. You can be listening. I'm gonna explain each thing because yes, I've got a lot of my photography stuff on sale, but I have something really, really awesome for anybody who has been sitting in this sort of like place of uncertainty for a little bit and who is exhausted as we end like end 2025. Um, so I have an offer for Black Friday that I think a lot of you guys are gonna love. All right, so this is the main sales page for my Black Friday. Um, so first of all, before I even get into like my own Black Friday deals, I get a lot of questions about my website. I have my website and my sales pages, all they're all templates from Tonic and it's built on Show It. And Tonic is having a fantastic Black Friday sale. So I'm gonna link that in the show notes as well. And it's also at the bottom of this page. Like if you go all the way back to the bottom of my page, you'll this will this will take you there. Because they are offering some really amazing Black Friday deals. If you are in the market for a new website, and it is so easy to do this, it's drag and drop. And again, I get so many compliments from my website, you guys. Okay. So here's my little sales page. This is the class that I was talking about. Before you slam your laptop shut on 2025, make your future unavoidable. Okay. We're gonna design your five-year plan, but I don't want you to get all like in your head about, oh my God, I am too tired. I don't want to even think about 2026 right now. I get it. This is different. Okay. This is a very nervous system supportive class. And we're gonna be doing some unconscious work in this. And we're also gonna be using AI to get us there faster and more efficiently. But it's really like a return to yourself because I do want your five-year plan to be unavoidable. I don't want you in your own way anymore. How many times have you said that? I just got to get out of my own way. I hear it on my calls all the time. So on December 10th at 9 a.m. Pacific time, I'm doing a live two-hour Zoom masterclass for creative entrepreneurs who are tired of repeating the same year and ready to build a five-year vision. Okay. It's also a brain rewiring vision board movie that we're gonna create together and an AI-supported goal system that makes your next level non-negotiable. Inside of this, I'm gonna walk you guys through this whole workshop. Okay. It's it's I'm gonna move you through it, and then you are gonna get the replay so that you can do this on your own as well. And then you can use it over and over again too. So this isn't just that goal setting workshop. I don't, that's not what this is about. It's a guided reset for your creative brain, your nervous system, and your future identity. So inside of it, you're gonna design that five-year direction that can actually feel good in your body and feel it in your body so that you create it faster. Because we don't create in up here in our mind, we create in our body. We're also going to create your future self-vision board movie. Uh it's a little brain hack that you can use daily so that you can live in this place where you want to be. And we're gonna map out the next year as well as the next 90 days with clarity so that you can walk away with an AI-supported system that makes your next level inevitable. Okay. So it's not just this planning thing, it's about becoming this version of you who creates what she says she wants. So when you click this, it's gonna take you to the actual sales page. So there's three different pricing tiers to this. For Black Friday, it is only$111. It's gonna go up after December 1st to$197 for the rest of December. So, like you don't have to like watch it live. You can re get the replay, but it'll go up in price from$111 to$197. And then I'm still gonna offer it January through March on its own for$297 so that you still can do it next year. But for$111, even if you don't join us live and you want to do this in January, highly suggest you just jump on the Black Friday price because it's not going to be any cheaper than that. Also, the first 20 people who buy get something special. So that's gonna, this whole page is gonna walk you through everything, what it is, who it's for, who it's not for, what we're gonna do, and why you might want to do it. And then the first 20 people are gonna get what I'm calling a spoonful of alignment. So basically it's like bite-sized one-day voxer sessions with me. If you've ever wanted to coach with me, but it hasn't been feasible, this is your shot. Okay. It's a it's a full day of going back and forth on boxer with me. It could be about anything. It could be about your business, it could be about life coaching, it could be like get out of my own head, what, whatever, right? We're gonna get to the bottom of it in one day. So the first 20 people are gonna get that. Also, everyone who purchases during the Black Friday sale is also going to receive my winter solstice 13 wishes ritual. You guys have probably done this before, maybe your own 13 wishes. This is a really great way to end the year. It's low lift, like you don't have to do a whole lot. It's super fun. It's very witchy and magical. And I love to do this every year myself. So I'm going to give you my sort of like protocol for it, um, suggestions on what to include and all of that, so that you can do that on your own as well. And I'm also gonna start a private group messaging thread on um Instagram, like a private chat for everybody who wants to join. You don't have to join, um, so that we can talk through it daily during those 13 days, because it's a 13-day ritual and it starts on the winter solstice, which is such a magical day. Okay, so that's gonna be super fun. Um, and I did not choose December 10th, the date, just blindly, by the way. Um, first of all, I wanted to do it early enough in December for those of you guys who wanted to like just clock out, right? And like close that laptop and be present for the holidays. But I also chose December 10th because the moon is in Virgo, which is the energy of grounded clarity and systems and precision. And I am a Virgo. I have like, I have lots and lots of stuff in Virgo. And then Neptune is also finally moving direct, which is astrology speak for the fog is lifting, and your long-term vision and intuition is gonna come back online. So we have supportive skies for all the things that we're gonna be doing during this workshop. So you and your future self are both invited. All right, so that is unavoidable. And then down below, you're gonna see all the other stuff. You can get 70% off my creative team method. This class is normally 997. If you have been trying to build a senior rap program that actually works for today's teenagers, this is what you need. And it'll, it's never this low in price. So you need to grab that, level up. This is something that I'm offering this year. This is my all-in deep dive course for senior photographers. It is literally the blueprint. It's a business in a box. I teach you everything you need to know on how to build or revamp your senior business so that you are profitable. I teach you sales, I teach you marketing, I teach you shooting and editing and all the things. This is 50% off. That is an insane deal for this. So if you are looking to build a senior business, you need this program. And then I also am just doing my pricing and sales class for 50% off. If all you need is some pricing and sales, you want to learn how I do that for in-person sales and how I make three to$4,000 every single client easily. And my sales sessions only take an hour to an hour and a half max. This is the class that teaches that. I also have my custom GPT senior Sunday, the marketing GPT for high school senior photographers for 50% off. You're gonna want to grab that. And I have calibrate, which is my private podcast. It's where I put all my hypnosis tracks, all my activations. This is going up in price next year because I'm gonna start adding to it a lot. You are locked in at the price that you buy it for. So even when I start adding it in like in a couple of years, it would be a very robust program. You will have bought it for 50% off. And then I'm also offering an AI bundle. So this is three AI classes for one low price. I also am gonna be adding some stuff to this page later in addition to the tonic. So I'm gonna be featuring some other Black Friday deals that I think are phenomenal for you guys. Tonic is one of them. And I'm also going to be adding some of my really good friends, their classes and offers, because I want you guys to know what they're offering because they're amazing. So I'm gonna be adding some of those to the page as well over the next couple of days. I'm recording this like a week before this show comes out. This show comes out the day before Thanksgiving. So you've got a couple days, and just as a little secret, it's already live. So I am not, I am not all about like creating more work for myself or my assistants. They're just live right now. So if you're listening to this on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, you can get all those deals right now. You get an extra couple days. So that's the deal for Black Friday. If you guys have any questions whatsoever, please reach out. Happy to chat on Instagram. And I am signing up Elevate right now. That is not discounted. It's not a Black Friday deal. We sign up for six months when we sign you up for that. And we're starting in January. This is my container for high vibe photographers. It is female only. It is a small group. I cap it. We don't like to take a lot of people on because I love the integrity of this group. The vibes are super high. The women are amazing in this group, and I've been working with most of them for years. So I'm very protective of the group, but I'd love to have you if you feel called to it. Okay. So the link for that is also below in the show notes. Click the page, you'll read all about it. And when you click sign up or apply, that's what you're gonna do. You have to apply to join Elevate. And so all the information, the pricing is on the page. And then click apply, fill out the form, and I'll be in touch to see if it is a good fit for you. Um, I want it to be the right fit. And it's not for newbies. Like if you're a new photographer, go and grab my business in a box. Go grab level up because that is what you need. Um, or sign up for coaching with me. I am signing up one-on-one clients for 2026 right now, but we do need to hop on a call for that. So again, that link is below too. Grab a call with me. Let's chat and see, you know, where I think you'd best fit. If you have questions, I'm happy to chat with you guys about that because I don't want you to get anything that you don't need. And I don't, I want you to be in the right container. And I know I offer a lot of stuff. I know it can be a lot, but I'm trying to make it very streamlined for you guys. And sometimes the best way to do that for me anyway is to just like hop on a call or send you some voice notes on Instagram. And I'm happy to do that too. So I hope you guys have a great rest of your week. I hope that you find some amazing Black Friday deals. Um, let's try and keep buying from solopreneurs like ourselves and supporting small businesses. That's always my goal for this entire time frame. Yeah, it's awesome to get a good deal online, you know, on the big box stores, but I really love supporting female-run individual solo businesses. So if you guys have any that you love, send them to me in a DM at Renee Bowen on Instagram. I would love to find out specifically if you have somebody who makes beautiful jewelry. I'm really into that, or candles or anything mystical. Okay. Like just send them my way. I love that stuff. So thanks again for being here, and uh, I'll talk to you guys soon. Love you. Bye.
